Again using a quote from someone else as a headline, how unimaginative... Get Me In say Lee Mack is "highly regarded in industry circles as one of comedy's most exciting new prospects". Highly regarded yes, but "new prospect", really? He has been on TV for ages! He's in the original radio series of The Mighty Boosh too, check it out...
This is my website The FG that I built in a fury of excitement when we first came to Folkestone sometime in 2004. I'd been a frequent visitor for a few years before that but I am technically one of those DFLs you get nowadays. This site was a lot more dynamic with a gig calendar and voting for favourite venues and stuff, and I know it was a handy resource for others who were moving to the area. Now I've moved out of Folkestone again (though only a couple of miles) it doesn't get as much attention as it used to. Ironic really as Folkestone itself is now becoming the exciting place we always thought it was just about to. I am not Gerald BTW, this comes from a fake newspaper in an episode of Brasseye or something, the Portsmouth Gerald, and how there is a local newspaper here called the Folkestone Herald. Puns like this are great aren't they? Do contact me if you have something to contribute, email anythign @ this domain, or try @folkestone or @pauly on Twitter.
