Having a scan of homes-on-line.com for Folkestone property, and found only one property - this. I'm sure this is already sold, can't believe it's only 250k, that's the sort of place I should probably have gone for, some income potential, and a lot closer to Chambers...
This is part of my website The 'Gerald that I built in a fury of excitement when we first came to Folkestone sometime in '04. I'd been a frequent visitor for a while before that but I am technically one of those Down From Londons you get nowadays. The site was updated more frequently with a calendar of events and voting for best venues and things, and I know it was a useful reference for others who were thinking of moving to the area. Now I've moved out of Folkestone again (though only to Hythe) it doesn't get as much attention as it used to. Ironic really as The town is now becoming the exciting place we always thought it was just about to. I am not Gerald BTW, this comes from a fake newspaper in an episode of The Day Today or something, the Portsmouth Gerald, and how there is a local paper here called the Folkestone Herald.
