MOBO Award Winner, Professor Green, will be keeping himself busy in the Christmas week. The 20th and 21st December will see the star perform not once, but twice on each date at Onyx Nightclubs in Folkestone and Shrewsbury. It all starts at 6.30pm with the under 18s events, and then later in the evening the over 18s After Parties are set to kick off at 10pm with extra exclusive performances from the Professor.

Littering his lyrics with wry pop culture references, a sharp sense of humour and an honesty rarely found in rap music right now, don't miss the opportunity to catch this amazing artist in person, performing hit songs like 'I Need You Tonight', 'Just Be Good To Green', 'Monster' and 'Jungle'.

This is my website The FG that I set up in a fury of excitement when I first came to Folkestone in approximately 2004. I had been a frequent visitor for a while previous to that so I am technically one of those DFLs you get nowadays. This site was updated more frequently with a calendar of events and voting for favourite places and stuff, and I hear it was a useful resource for those who were thinking of moving here. Now I've moved out of Folkestone again (though only to Hythe) it doesn't get as much attention as it used to. Ironic really as The town is now becoming the exciting place we always thought it was just about to. My name is not Gerald by the way, this comes from the name of a pretend newspaper in an episode of The Day Today or something, the Portsmouth Gerald, and how there is a local newspaper here called the Folkestone Herald. Puns like this are great aren't they? Do get in touch if you have something to contribute, email anythign @ this domain, or try @folkestone or @pauly on the twitter.
