Hmm this was a thing at Seabrook primary school, a talent show for the kids. The new thing at The Fountain is not actually called Seabrook's Got Talent, but that's what I'm thinking of it as. They're taking auditions of comedians and singers and things. It's £5 to enter, which sounds a bit rum to me, but whatever you have to do. Good luck.
This is my website The 'Gerald that I set up in a frenzy of excitement when I first moved here sometime in '04. I had been a frequent visitor for a few years before that so I am technically one of those DFLs you get now. The site used to be a lot more dynamic with a gig calendar and voting for favourite places and things, and I hear it was a useful resource for those who were thinking of moving here. Now I've moved out of Folkestone again (though just a couple of miles) it doesn't get as much attention as it used to. Ironic really as The town is now becoming the exciting place we knew it was just about to. I am not Gerald BTW, this comes from a pretend newspaper in an episode of Brasseye or something, the Portsmouth Gerald, and how there is a local newspaper here called the Folkestone Herald. Puns like this are great aren't they? Do contact me if you have anything to contribute, email anythign @ this domain, or try @folkestone or @pauly on the twitter.
